Frequently Asked Questions
We send you a small display control unit which connects to any TV or computer monitor with an HDMI port. It is your responsibility to source and install the TV screen or monitor you wish to use. The unit measures 95mm x 65mm x 30mm and is powered via a USB power supply (included).
The unit needs to connect to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet. Once powered up it collects and displays slides from our servers and is designed to run 24/7. The unit displays FullHD slides at a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels.
You can create, amend and delete slides using our web-based control panel or smartphone app. Our designers will create a set of templates which complement your website branding and you can use these templates to start creating slides easily. Slides can be created manually, generated from a data-source, or from Loudhailer's AI processor.
Slides can be scheduled to appear and disappear at set dates and times, and can display for as long as you wish before transitioning to the next slide. Slides can also include videos assuming they are formatted to the correct resolution.
Our display screen system is rented on a monthly basis with no minimum contract. A single digital display box costs £30.00 inclusive of VAT per month. You can add additional boxes if you need more display screens for an additional £18 inclusive of VAT per month for each additional unit.
The monthly fee includes hire of the display control unit, software license, slide template design and unlimited support subject to our fair usage policy. There is no minimum contract period.
